When possible, we have small amounts of some of our fan favorites to offer that have a little more time behind them and can be enjoyed immediately, for those that just can't wait for a wine to gain some time in the cellar. Limited availability, while supplies last.
The mineralty of this wine is up front and center, with red and black fruits intermingling, with clay and cinnamon stick in the higher tones of the aromatics that also start to showcase savory notes.

Born to be enjoyed with lamb chops covered in rosemary. Always good with pâtes, cassoulet, or veal. Even great with a salad – add some wild mushrooms, seductive figs and crispy bacon. Age ability 8 to 10 years.
Flavors and textures that remind me of a great Northern Rhône with a killer mineral backbone, black cherry and tootsie rolls.
