Rhône White & Rosé Wines
Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne as well as Grenache Blanc find their way into our wines as a primary component or as an enhancement to the aromatics and flavor profile of our white and red wines. Our Rosé of GSM is a Provençal style Rosé obtained using the Saignée method of bleeding off 30% of the juice during red wine fermentation, results in a beautiful wine that we have then had produced Methode Champenoise. Rhône varietals can range from bright and mineral driven to unctuous with great depth. Alone or together as a blend, they all have a place at Jeff Cohn Cellars.
The Northern Rhônes Yves Gangloff and local vintner, Jeff Cohn have for a number of years now been conspiring to make a limited lot of Viognier, and, as good of some of them have been in the past, the 2015 edition is the very best yet.

Killer nose! Tropical fruits meet Margarita mix, no umbrella please, aromatics. This wine is perfect for summer drinking and the perfect companion to Thanksgiving dinner!
Loaded with pineapple, peach, honey and a touch of fig and carried through the palate with a backbone of minerality. A perfect balance of finesse and opulence.
Inaugural release! Very Provence in style with flavors of stone fruits and wild strawberries; slightly spicy. Everyone loves bubbles!
