In a blind tasting, this wine could be thought of as a hypothetical blendof Côte-Rôtie/Gigondas with savory notes of wild Herbs de Provence in the forefront with black/blue fruits and freshly cracked red, white and black peppercorns on a raw Ribeye that has just been put on the grill.
The palate is as intense as the aromatics but turn the volume up to 11. Ultra-rich with fresh herbal notes, black licorice and black/blue berry pie filling. Exotic and sensual only a touch. How mind blowing this wine is!

"The 2014 Proprietary Red #Pure Yum is a blend of 85% Syrah, 7% Petite Sirah and the rest Zinfandel and Alicante, with 50%-100% whole clusters, depending on the lot. An intoxicating blast of blue, red and black fruits, spice, flowers and earth jump from the glass of this wine, which really turned me on aromatically. In the mouth it's medium to full-bodied, beautifully pure, rich, quite creative and, for lack of a better word, damn yummy. This is a beauty to drink over the next 5-7 years."
