Overy lush on the palate, a combination of savory and sweet cherry bomb notes. A dead ringer for a Provençal red with notes of black cherries, dusty/loamy soil, licorice, lavender, great acidity, a touch of rocky / liquified pebble minerality and loads of fruit.
16 months Concrete, 228L and 600L new French oak barrels
30-100% whole cluster, open top fermentation with traditional foot stomping of the Mourvèdre
Black cherry, Herbes de Provence, orange zest, fresh French pressed coffee with steamed cream. The aromas are worth the price of admission.

"The 2014 Proprietary Red Misc. Stuff is 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre. A dead ringer for a Provençal red with notes of black cherries, dusty/loamy soil, licorice, lavender, great acidity, a touch of rocky/liquified pebble minerality and loads of fruit, this wine is surprisingly medium-bodied for its lofty octane level of 15.4% alcohol. This is another French-inspired Côtes du Rhône-like wine to drink over the next 5-6 years."

"A ripe and zesty blend that's both serious and fun to drink. Blackberry and smoky meat aromas combine with layered flavors of dark plum, tapenade and cracked pepper. Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Drink now through 2026." -TF
