2020 Winery of the Year
Connoisseurs’ Guide to California Wine
Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne as well as Grenache Blanc find their way into our wines as a primary component or as an enhancement to the aromatics and flavor profile of our white and red wines. Our GSM Brut Rosé is a Provençal style Rosé obtained using the Saignée method of bleeding off 30% of the juice during red wine fermentation, results in a beautiful wine produced using Méthode Champenoise.
Rhône varietals can range from bright and mineral driven to unctuous with great depth. Alone or together as a blend, they all have a place at Jeff Cohn Cellars.
Avoid carrier shipping delays: order early to ensure wine delivery for your family gatherings and dinners.

Sustainably Farmed Vineyard - This vintage showed a lot of mineral in its core, but ripe peaches, dried apricots, honey and wisp of white flowers in its aromatics.
