A complete mix of jammy blackberry and black cherry, roasted Herbs de Provence, freshly cracked black, red and white peppercorns and hints of dried meats. And just a touch of mint. On the palate there is such a purity to this wine. A complex and layered palate that is very concentrated, but stays in focus and a mineral backbone carries the wine through the midpalate, to a finish that shows a gylcerol and final blast of extraction.
